All our gelato flavors are made with fresh ingredients providing you the
unique Sicilian experience
Gelato Artigianale

VANILLA Our Meastro del Gelato was about to fall off his chair when we insisted that a classic white vanilla ice cream with bourbon vanilla beans could not be avoided.

CHOCOLATE. Some of the most recognized chocolate producers in the world are located in the Italian city of Modena.

SUMMER KISS. All the descriptions can't be little novels either, think Nutella, but as a refreshingly cool and light version.

SALTED CARAMEL. The city of Trapani is located on the west coast of Sicily right next to the fresh sea. Trapani is known for its iconic salt mines, where the large glistening salt flakes are released from the sea water using the sun's back heat.

COFFEE. The coffee tradition is undeniably a national treasure in Italy and an integral part of everyday life.

YOGURT. Not to be confused with the 'Frozen Yogurt' buffet version from the USA. On the other hand, a fresh and slightly acidic gelato that is almost suitable to be served for breakfast with a sprinkling of granola on a hot summer day.

HAZELNUT. Together with pistachio, gelato based on hazelnut mass is probably the most traditional variety in Sicily.

PISTACHIO. Pistachios from Bronte, if you know you know.
Our vegan sorbets

STRAWBERRIES. In Sicily 'fragoline' is grown, a kind of mini strawberry, they are a bit sweeter than the commercial version and packed with the lovely strawberry flavour. Our sorbet contains small grains from these fragolins and smells wonderfully of the sweet summer berries.

LEMON. Lemon production in Sicily is world-renowned and the juice from these is the central focal point when our Meastro del Gelato starts a round of Sorbetto al Limone.

BLOODORANGE: Fresh, almost juicy, and made solely from this Sicilian staple of citrusy goodness.

PEAR. Pear sorbet, it's so delicious!

COCONUT. Warning, if our coconut sorbet is mixed with the pineapple sorbet, there is a danger that you will start talking about Pina Colada and suddenly pour rum into the mixture, but it might not be so bad either.

PASSION FRUIT. Listen to Rapper Drake's big hit of the same name, or try ours. There are tropical summer evenings in the air no matter what.

MANGO. You don't think it, but on #Terresiciliana production of award-winning juicy mangoes takes place. Specifically in the area around Syracuse.

PINEAPPLE. This tropical fruit is a gelato folk classic, where the balance between sour and sweet creates an experience that works like a tropical breeze, even on a gray day north of Rome.
